Field Recognition Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, annual, and special recognition programs.

• Gather, verify, and manage data related to recognition and awards.

• Identify and confirm recognition recipients according to program criteria.

• Handle communications, announcements, and materials for recognition recipients.

• Collaborate with various teams to create and disseminate recognition content.

• Manage project timelines, approvals, deliverables, and deadlines linked to field recognition initiatives.

• Organize award and gift fulfillment in coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

• Maintain documentation, trackers, and reports pertaining to field recognition programs.

• Assist in Marketing and Field Development Executive reviews, meetings, presentations, and special recognition activities.

• Discover opportunities to enhance field recognition processes and program implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in project coordination, program administration, marketing coordination, communications, operations, or a similar role.

• Experience in supporting marketing-driven recognition, awards, incentives, contests, etc.

• Background in direct selling, network marketing, loyalty programs, or member-based organizations.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-through abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and handle competing priorities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

• Experience with Canva and Asana or equivalent tools is highly desirable.
