This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
• Travel to project sites to facilitate installation tasks, head-end terminations, system startup, and commissioning efforts.
• Assist in verifying system functionality to ensure installations align with project specifications and customer expectations.
• Keep precise system documentation, test outcomes, and project records.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Advanced Integration teams to aid in system deployment and commissioning activities.
• Evaluate site conditions, installation quality, project risks, and overall readiness.
• Oversee installation progress and confirm adherence to project standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, quality, and consistency of execution across sites.
• Communicate field observations and emerging risks to project stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to technicians, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and installation requirements.
• Foster alignment on project milestones, priorities, and execution expectations.
• Assist Site Leads and subcontractors with field coordination and project delivery efforts.
• Work with Project Managers concerning field conditions that may impact scope, schedule, or budget.
• Coordinate with general contractors, clients, and trade partners regarding site access, logistics, and work planning.
• Support multiple active projects concurrently while maintaining communication and follow-through.
• Facilitate coordination between field teams, commissioning resources, and project stakeholders.
• Verify that systems, documentation, and site conditions are ready for commissioning and customer turnover.
• Assist in project closeout activities and final acceptance procedures.
• Track recurring field observations and suggest process improvements.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across projects.
• Report to the Account Project Manager and collaborate with Site Leads, Construction Managers, commissioning and integration leads, Advanced Integration, Engineering, Sales, customers, and general contractors.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in physical and electronic security systems.
• Working knowledge of enterprise access control systems is required.
• Hands-on experience with Mercury-based access control platforms is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of electronic security system components and installation practices.
• Strong capability to support field execution and project delivery across multiple locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with turnstile systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven capability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States up to 75%.
• Background in electronic security, field operations, construction management, or technical project execution.
• Experience managing or supporting multiple job sites simultaneously.
• Experience leading commissioning, startup, and system acceptance activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other related business applications.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
