Field Operations Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for field associates and leaders concerning operational inquiries.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve standard operational issues.

• Carry out standardized operational transactions with precision and efficiency.

• Keep thorough documentation of cases, including actions taken, resolutions achieved, and follow-up tasks.

• Offer proactive communication and status updates to stakeholders.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional business partners to manage operational requests and ensure business continuity.

• Monitor and fulfill service level expectations while juggling multiple priorities.

• Refer complex, non-standard, or high-impact issues for further examination and resolution.

• Cultivate and retain expertise in designated operational processes, systems, and workflows.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and ensure consistency.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

• Provide professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented service to field associates and leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience through a combination of education and work history.

• A minimum of 3 years in relevant roles.

• Proven success in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Strong critical thinking skills, collaboration, and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.

• Background in Technology, Facility, or Field Sourcing industry (preferred).

• Familiarity with retail operations support (preferred).
