This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Assist operations associates and operational functions including sales, order processing, estimating, purchasing, logistics, people management and development, and customer service.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue objectives.
• Assess market trends and developments to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate sales data to identify improvement areas.
• Lead and develop the sales team to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Design and implement sales training programs for employees and store associates.
• Generate sales reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and oversee the sales budget to achieve financial targets.
• Analyze daily business operations and long-term strategies.
• Supervise operations and ensure that necessary supplies and materials are ordered for each job.
• Work with business teams to keep schedules updated and aligned with available installation teams.
• Review jobs with Sales, Design, Purchasing, and Scheduling teams to confirm materials and manpower.
• Evaluate, document, and design business processes to ensure service performance and financial viability.
• Foster relationships with customers and internal business units.
• Conduct daily and weekly team meetings to meet project deadlines and margin goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, escalations, and liability claims.
• Mentor and train the team to guarantee job documents are complete and accurate.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to utilize technology in work processes.
• Familiarity with the construction industry.
• Professional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to negotiate agreements between parties with differing viewpoints.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience and/or training, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Experience with P&L responsibility.
• Proven success in managing branch operations and as a team leader.
• Interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates, and colleagues.
• Ability to proactively identify, analyze, address, and resolve problems, conflicts, and issues.
• Sound judgment and ability to articulate reasoning behind decisions.
• Capacity to involve relevant individuals in decision-making processes and make timely decisions.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking information related to ordering and production processes.
• Basic knowledge of internet, inventory, project management, and order processing systems.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the interior construction industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in residential kitchen design remodeling (Preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years in project management (Preferred).
