Field Operations Coordinator – Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily field operations across the project.

• Facilitate communication and coordination among distributed field teams.

• Organize schedules, assignments, and operational activities for the team.

• Track project progress, attendance, task completion, and operational KPIs.

• Gather, review, and maintain operational reports and project data.

• Identify operational challenges and ensure timely resolutions.

• Address escalations and relay critical issues to project management.

• Assist field team members with operational inquiries and daily challenges.

• Ensure adherence to project processes and operational standards consistently.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for effective project execution.

• Keep accurate records, trackers, and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets.

• Recognize operational risks and proactively recommend solutions.

• Adapt to evolving project requirements, priorities, and operational circumstances.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or project management.

• Experience with managing distributed field teams is highly preferred.

• Strong skills in people management, organization, and problem-solving.

• Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reporting.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Availability for long-term engagement throughout the project’s duration.

• Experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics, data collection, vehicle testing, field service operations, workforce or field team management, or large-scale distributed operations is strongly encouraged.
