Field Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform vehicle evaluations, documenting assessments of the engine, transmission, and both interior and exterior features using OPENLANE's mobile app.

• Collaborate with dealerships to ensure compliance with OPENLANE's standards and guidelines for vehicle evaluations.

• Provide precise and comprehensive inspection reports via the designated platform.

• Support marketing initiatives by distributing flyers and promotional materials to purchasing dealers.

• Foster strong communication and collaboration with both internal teams and dealerships.

• Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager, sales team, and operations team to promote effective communication and workflow.

• Act as a liaison among sales, operations, and dealerships, cultivating and nurturing positive relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive experience as a vehicle mechanic or a similar mechanical background.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and capability to operate a motor vehicle.

• Proficiency with technology, especially in electronically submitting inspection reports.

• Strong attention to detail and capacity to work in varying weather conditions.

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus (nice-to-have).
