Field Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform evaluations of vehicles, documenting assessments of the engine, transmission, and both interior and exterior features using OPENLANE's mobile application.

• Collaborate with dealerships to ensure compliance with OPENLANE's standards and protocols for vehicle inspections.

• Provide precise and comprehensive inspection reports via the specified platform.

• Support marketing initiatives by distributing flyers and promotional materials to purchasing dealers.

• Foster effective communication and teamwork with internal teams and dealerships.

• Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager, sales team, and operations team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

• Act as a bridge between sales, operations, and dealerships, cultivating and maintaining positive relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry as a vehicle mechanic or similar mechanical expertise.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and capability to operate a motor vehicle.

• Skilled in utilizing technology, including the electronic submission of inspection reports.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform work in various weather conditions.

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
