This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
β’ Implement the external engagement strategy that aligns with the therapeutic portfolio.
β’ Execute the external engagement plan in accordance with therapy area strategies.
β’ Identify External Experts, professional groups, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.
β’ Compliantly address unsolicited information requests related to GSK medicines and their indications.
β’ Distribute critical safety information to healthcare professionals.
β’ Facilitate scientific exchanges to educate healthcare providers on the proper use of medicines.
β’ Present scientific and pipeline information to formulary committees and healthcare professionals.
β’ Maintain expertise in the latest developments in the scientific and therapeutic landscape, including competitor medicines and vaccines.
β’ Participate in and contribute to regional account planning and training sessions.
β’ Attend national and regional scientific/medical meetings to collect medical voice-of-customer insights.
β’ Assist with clinical development initiatives, GSK-sponsored studies, and site performance optimization.
β’ Share insights into GSK's research interests and respond to inquiries regarding research projects.
β’ Conduct discussions and meetings with steering committee members, advisory board members, and consultants.
β’ Provide scientific training for GSK sales representatives.
β’ Train individual healthcare providers to represent GSK and support speaker training events.
β’ Collaborate with sales, marketing, market access, and other matrix colleagues on strategies focused on patients and business outcomes.
β’ Pharm. D or Ph. D, DNP, or MD with a focus on medical or clinical practice.
β’ Minimum of two years of experience in pharmacology and pharmacotherapy for humans.
β’ Proven experience in applying pharmacology and pharmacotherapy knowledge in a clinical environment.
β’ Must reside within the specified territory.
β’ Residency or post-doctoral training in a clinical or pharmaceutical practice setting is preferred.
β’ Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or as a medical liaison is preferred.
β’ Experience in a specific therapeutic area is a plus.
β’ Previous clinical experience with direct or indirect decision-making authority for patient care is preferred.
β’ Above-average computer literacy, including familiarity with software applications.
β’ Qualified candidates may be considered for the Senior MSL position.
