This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Act as the marketing specialist for the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Work in partnership with regional account teams, including account executives, account representatives, and premier channel partners.
• Relay field-level insights to the wider marketing team.
• Develop quarterly marketing strategies that drive demand and enhance funnel velocity in the designated territory.
• Collaborate with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and maximize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Research, plan, and manage regional and partner events, encompassing logistics, content creation, execution, and follow-up after the events.
• Establish a method for collecting, disseminating, prioritizing, and sharing insights with the corporate marketing team.
• Partner with top-tier channel partners to create programs that generate opportunities within their customer networks.
• Assess and negotiate with vendors while managing vendor relationships effectively.
• Oversee and balance the allocated field and partner marketing budgets.
• Analyze results against objectives and apply insights to foster continuous improvement.
• 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in B2B field or partner marketing.
• Proficient in utilizing marketing automation tools, project management software, and Salesforce for campaign creation and performance tracking.
• Strong understanding of the B2B landscape, channel partner ecosystems, and field marketing techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and derive actionable insights.
• Proven ability to cultivate effective working relationships with sales leaders and team members.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing/sales funnel and strategies to meet opportunity targets.
• Experience within a cloud services or security technology firm, particularly with a mid-market focus, is an advantage.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, or Communications is preferred.
• A positive, energetic, team-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
