Field Marketing Manager, Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead the field and partner marketing initiatives for the growth strategy in the Americas.

• Execute field programs and partner co-marketing efforts that generate measurable pipeline results.

• Oversee the regional field marketing strategy and calendar for the Americas.

• Align programs with pipeline objectives and channel development across rapidly growing product lines, including public-sector initiatives.

• Transition events towards formats such as executive dinners, roundtables, and discussions.

• Manage webinars, email nurturing, and various digital strategies that support field programs.

• Develop and administer the Americas MDF/CDF program.

• Conduct weekly meetings with regional and business unit leadership to ensure alignment on funding, priorities, and program updates.

• Handle the ordering, inventory, logistics, and distribution of promotional materials and merchandise.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing to create materials targeted at channels and partners.

• Work with demand generation and creative teams to incorporate field programs into the larger campaign framework.

• Adapt platform messaging and campaigns specifically for the region.

• Activate regional customer advocacy through speakers, references, and hosting opportunities.

• Utilize AI for event organization, personalization, and follow-up tasks.

• Manage the regional field budget and maintain vendor relationships.

• Connect field expenditures to pipeline and opportunity outcomes.

• Supervise the EMEA field marketing manager.


⛳️ Requirements

• Embrace AI-driven problem-solving, demonstrating practical applications of AI as a digital co-worker.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in field or partner marketing within a B2B environment.

• Proven experience in channel or partner marketing, rather than solely direct marketing.

• History of leading field programs for which you are accountable for measurable pipeline results.

• Experience managing MDF/CDF or channel co-op marketing funds.

• Familiarity with budget ownership and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

• Proficient in Salesforce.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Based in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in co-marketing alongside partner relationships.

• Proficient in using AI to enhance the productivity of a lean field team.

• Comfortable operating under private equity or growth-equity standards for rapid, measurable scaling.

• Experience supporting the execution of strategic, tier-one account-based marketing initiatives.
