This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead the development, planning, and implementation of both national and regional field marketing initiatives.
• Oversee an annual revenue of over $4M across various clients and program sectors.
• Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of both full-time and freelance Field Managers.
• Convert national brand goals into market-specific activation strategies.
• Collaborate with distributors and regional sales teams to enhance programming and maximize impact.
• Work together with Production, Creative, and Client Services teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Handle budgets, supervise field managers, and guarantee adherence to agency and client expectations.
• Forecast for all field marketing initiatives.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training systems to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence.
• Manage field tools and processes, including scheduling, reporting, expense tracking, and payroll input.
• Analyze and present campaign key performance indicators, insights, and summaries to clients and stakeholders.
• Represent the agency with professionalism in meetings with clients and partners.
• 7–10 years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in leadership roles within field or experiential marketing.
• Experience managing spirit-based programming is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams across multiple regions and managing various clients.
• Comfortable handling multi-million-dollar field budgets and staffing strategies.
• Ability to cultivate client and distributor relationships that drive program success.
• Experienced in training colleagues and subordinates while assessing the quality of their output.
• Strong communication skills for presentations, reporting, and daily updates.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management software.
• Willingness to travel regularly and participate in weekend or evening activations as required.
• Background in spirits, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• This position is located in the Metro NYC area.
