
Field Marketing and Events Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as the primary liaison, managing the relationship between Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment on key priorities, campaigns, and lead follow-up.
• Take charge of logistics for field events, executive dinners, and tradeshows.
• Spearhead the ideation and development of event concepts, including theme selection and format design.
• Create event briefs, landing pages, and promotional emails.
• Oversee onsite logistics, which includes venue selection, vendor and catering coordination, audiovisual arrangements, shipping, and staffing.
• Handle post-event communications, lead handoff processes, and report on attendance, influence on the pipeline, and return on investment (ROI).
• Assist with event logistics for Planful's annual user conference.
• Monitor and report on the success of field marketing campaigns and events, collaborating with marketing operations on KPIs and ROI.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee event budgets.
• 2-3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a preference for experience in field marketing and event management.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing field events, dinners, and tradeshows from start to finish.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational and logistical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of tracking and reporting on marketing programs and events.
• Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
• Background in enterprise software or SaaS companies is an advantage.
