Field Maintenance Technician, 3+ Years Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Respond swiftly and professionally to requests for skilled maintenance and repairs.

• Ensure that all work is conducted in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist in scheduling, overseeing, and liaising with contractors to acquire bids and verify work completion.

• Purchase maintenance supplies as required for properties.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and comprehensive repairs involving plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior issues, and basic electrical concerns.

• Manage work orders, oversee budgets, and ensure comprehensive maintenance for the portfolio of properties.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of verifiable, hands-on experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel within your region; this position is entirely field-based.

• Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing thorough repairs across plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry trades.

• Capability to manage and complete independent work orders, budget time and materials, and communicate effectively with contractors and clients.

• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

• Ability to regularly lift, push, or pull 50 lbs; up to 75 lbs occasionally; and more than 75 lbs with assistance.

• A current or previous plumbing license is advantageous.

• OSHA training provided.
