Field Interviewer, NCI Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.

📋 Description

• Reach out to pre-selected participants to arrange and conduct surveys.

• Complete one survey daily or five surveys weekly using designated tools and protocols.

• Accurately record participant feedback utilizing company-issued tablets and software.

• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, empathy, and cultural awareness.

• Regularly communicate with the research team for updates and assistance.

• Administer surveys via phone, Zoom, or face-to-face interactions.

• Gather insights on quality of life and satisfaction levels of individuals receiving state-supported services.

• Ensure precise, ethical, and high-quality data collection for the statewide NCI initiative.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting interviews, surveys, or working in research environments.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with participants.

• Experience engaging with aging, disabled, or underserved populations.

• Comfortable reaching out to participants via phone, video, or in-person methods.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in using tablets, downloading mobile applications, and navigating other digital tools.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage one’s own schedule.

• Access to a personal vehicle for conducting in-person interviews.

• Must attend mandatory two-day training in the Cheyenne area on October 7-8.

• Capable of completing five surveys weekly.

• Ability to utilize provided translation services for non-English-speaking participants.
