Field Install Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily workflow of projects related to existing store remodels/resets and department resets.

• Uphold, implement, and adhere to the company's brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.

• Carry out merchandising projects, maintain planograms, manage product pack out, and oversee display/signage upkeep.

• Collaborate within teams under on-site supervision and provide support across various store departments.

• Safely, accurately, and efficiently execute approved general bay services, tasks, projects, and resets.

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with store associates.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

• Ensure that POP signage, price tags, and other visual merchandising elements comply with the Merchandising Standards Guide.

• Confirm that safety and operational standards are upheld during all projects.

• Complete all projects and tasks within designated timeframes.

• Communicate cross-project details regarding sets, fixtures, merchandise layouts, and bay elevations.

• Manage project timelines and report any issues to the District Install Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience required or a combination of education and experience sufficient to fulfill the essential job functions.

• Background in a retail environment and merchandising department is preferred.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and team-building skills.

• Exceptional organizational capabilities.

• Proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Frequent travel by car is necessary.

• Ability to occasionally exert 10–50 pounds of force and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
