Field & Infusion Nurse, RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate pertinent patient history, clinical observations, and treatment-related data to ensure treatment readiness and safe care delivery.

• Confirm prescribed therapies, treatment parameters, and necessary clinical information before initiating care.

• Address patient needs, treatment reactions, and any changes in condition during and following therapy.

• Document assessments, treatment actions, patient reactions, and clinical observations.

• Record patient education, care updates, and follow-up activities.

• Organize appointments, treatment milestones, and care tasks in collaboration with caregivers and healthcare stakeholders.

• Implement nursing standards, clinical protocols, and documentation guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 6 years of clinical nursing experience in home infusion, specialty clinics, patient support, reimbursement coordination, or a similar field is required.

• A Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent certification is mandatory.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity software.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.

• Capable of organizing tasks and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Skilled in meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.

• Competent in analyzing information and utilizing problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a larger team.

• Proficient in fostering effective interpersonal working relationships.
