This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Attend or organize 3–4 targeted events each month throughout North America.
• Generate 10–15 qualified demonstrations each month through field activities.
• Develop the annual schedule for dinners, roundtables, retreats, and community events.
• Analyze attendee lists and pinpoint target accounts prior to events.
• Pre-arrange discussions with high-value prospects.
• Collaborate with agencies, BPOs, technology partners, and operator communities on joint events.
• Manage the guest experience from the invitation stage to follow-up.
• Host dinners, facilitate discussions, and make insightful introductions.
• Quickly follow up and turn interest into scheduled demos with the relevant stakeholders.
• Keep accurate event-sourced pipeline data updated in the CRM.
• Assess cost per qualified demo, pipeline, and closed ARR by event.
• Create a repeatable field-event playbook.
• Familiarize yourself with Richpanel's AI-native helpdesk product, customers, and target audiences.
• Develop community, event, and partner maps, along with target-account lists and guest lists.
• Attend customer demonstrations and create six-month field calendars.
• Cultivate relationships with partners and community leaders.
• Report to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with the CEO and sales team.
• 3+ years of experience in field GTM, events, community engagement, business development, hospitality, brand marketing, or a related customer-facing role.
• Background in arts, humanities, communications, hospitality, theatre, design, or event production.
• Proven experience managing a pipeline, meetings, or revenue targets.
• Demonstrated ability to execute events that lead to qualified sales conversations.
• Proficient in crafting warm, personalized invitations.
• Capable of engaging in conversation with ecommerce founders, Heads of CX, and agency owners.
• Strong organizational skills to handle travel, vendors, guest lists, budgets, and follow-up.
• Willingness to travel several times each month.
• Experience with an ecommerce brand, agency, BPO, Shopify app, or customer-experience company is a significant advantage.
• Existing connections with ecommerce founders, operators, agency leaders, or community hosts are a valuable asset.
• Experience organizing private dinners, executive roundtables, retreats, or small conferences is a strong indicator.
• Experience in selling or generating pipeline for B2B SaaS is a strong advantage.
• Experience moderating panels, hosting podcasts, performing on stage, or building communities is a significant signal.
