Field Execution Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Regional Manager.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Celsius across grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience store distribution channels.

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies.

• Engage with targeted accounts.

• Promote PDQs, displays, and end-cap placements.

• Relay sales leads and additional opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.

• Increase product distribution while adhering to account guidelines.

• Organize and merchandise shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers in accordance with brand flow.

• Rotate backstock to displays, racks, cold spaces, and warm shelves.

• Position point-of-sale materials as authorized.

• Participate in new store openings and provide support during store resets.

• Capture images and incorporate them into weekly reporting documents.

• Conduct demonstrations upon request.

• Maintain a well-organized list of target and key accounts for weekly and monthly planning.

• Communicate with territory, district, and regional sales managers as required.

• Make 15–20 account visits daily.

• Track and document account visits using the Celsius sales app.

• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.

• Complete any additional assigned records or documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising.

• Previous merchandising experience is a plus.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Ability to work flexible hours and maintain a 40-hour work week from Wednesday to Sunday.

• Must have an excellent driving record, along with a valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurance.

• Must successfully pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening.

• Personal vehicle is necessary for use.

• Must be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Strong problem-solving abilities are required.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidate must reside within their county area.
