Field Execution Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Report to the Regional Manager

• Act as a Celsius brand ambassador across grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience store distribution channels

• Strategize and implement merchandising initiatives

• Engage with target accounts

• Promote PDQs, displays, and end-cap placements with store managers

• Relay sales leads and additional opportunities to the Celsius territory manager

• Enhance product distribution within account parameters

• Stock and merchandise shelves, cold vaults, and standalone coolers according to brand flow

• Rotate backstock in accordance with account guidelines

• Install approved point-of-sale materials

• Assist with new store openings and store resets

• Capture photos and include them in weekly reporting documents

• Conduct demonstrations when requested

• Maintain organized lists of target and key accounts for weekly and monthly planning

• Communicate with territory, district, and regional sales managers as necessary

• Make 15-20 account calls daily

• Log account calls in the Celsius sales app

• Submit weekly work logs including mileage

• Complete any other assigned records or documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising

• High school diploma or GED

• Availability to work flexible hours and a 40-hour work week from Wednesday to Sunday

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License is required

• Must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening

• Excellent driving record and necessary insurance/license

• Personal vehicle required for work purposes

• Must reside within the designated county area

• Strong commitment to customer service
