Field Collections Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Meet with clients to retrieve overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements.

• Maintain precise documentation of collection efforts and client communications.

• Evaluate clients' financial conditions and offer suitable solutions.

• Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations during collection processes.

• Provide regular updates to the Collection Manager regarding progress and challenges faced.

• Address client inquiries and resolve disputes in a professional manner.

• Work in conjunction with the internal team to enhance collection strategies and methods.

• Assist in the management of collection operations and departmental goals.

• Report directly to the Collection Manager.

• Experience in collections/accounts receivables, contact center, and customer service roles.
