This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and strategically implement clinical training for Allergan Aesthetics devices in the designated area, encompassing body contouring, DiamondGlow devices, and SkinMedica.
• Provide clear and consistent clinical training and messaging for CoolSculpting, CoolTone, DiamondGlow, and SkinMedica providers in both hands-on and virtual environments.
• Collaborate with AMI, marketing, sales leadership, and senior management to create training pathways, align operational objectives, optimize resources, and improve trainer KPIs and reporting.
• Work with cross-functional teams to advance business initiatives.
• Aid in the development and execution of field training within designated areas.
• Support AMI Faculty engagements, in-clinic and in-field programs, large group events, new hire clinical onboarding, and field test-outs.
• Manage and implement Strategic/National Account trainings.
• Serve as a liaison and advocate for AMI Body Contouring programs, initiatives, and resources.
• Assess training performance and impact using KPIs and tools such as Moxie, Madi, and ThoughtSpot dashboards.
• Oversee travel and expenses within established guidelines and budget.
• Develop and update field training materials and resources in collaboration with the Clinical Education team.
• Conduct data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for training enhancements.
• Promote continuous improvement within the organization.
• Track progress and report findings to senior leadership.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience as outlined below.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, medical device training, and/or clinical roles is preferred.
• Strong project management capabilities with a proven history of leading process enhancements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present didactic and hands-on content to small groups.
• Familiarity with FDA and regulatory statutes as they pertain to Allergan Aesthetics products.
• Experience in classroom training on procedure training, consultation, B2B, and sales skills is desirable.
• High level of adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical services alongside a strategic relationship with sales.
• Broad analytical mindset with the capability to utilize data for management decisions.
• Strong organizational influence and demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
• Expertise in covering and effectively managing US geography.
• Commitment to ethics and integrity.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, primarily within the country; evenings, overnight stays, and weekends may often be required.
• Adherence to FDA QSR, ISO13485, Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and other relevant international regulatory standards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to read, comprehend, and adhere to company procedures.
• Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and report findings.
• Capacity to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear for up to 8 hours each day.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Daily keyboard data entry is required.
