This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide clear and consistent clinical training and messaging for CoolSculpting, CoolTone, DiamondGlow, and SkinMedica providers in both hands-on and virtual environments.
• Collaborate with AMI, marketing, and sales leadership to improve field clinical trainer roles, responsibilities, KPIs, reporting, and overall value.
• Work alongside senior leadership to align operational objectives with strategic goals and optimize resources for high-priority clients.
• Partner with portfolio sales teams, strategic accounts, sales analytics, and AMI collaborators to advance business initiatives.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of effective field training within designated areas.
• Support AMI Faculty engagements and clinical training opportunities in the field.
• Aid in AMI In-Clinic, In-Field, and Large Group programs.
• Facilitate new-hire clinical onboarding and field assessments.
• Oversee and conduct training for Strategic/National Accounts.
• Serve as a liaison and advocate for AMI Body Contouring programs, initiatives, and resources.
• Evaluate performance and training impact utilizing KPIs and tools such as Moxie, Madi, and ThoughtSpot dashboards.
• Manage travel and expenses in accordance with guidelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with Clinical Education to develop and refresh field training content and resources.
• Conduct data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for training enhancements.
• Promote continuous improvement within the organization.
• Track progress and report to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience as defined below.
• Preferred 3-5 years of sales, medical device training, and/or clinical experience.
• Strong project management skills with a proven history of leading process improvements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to present both didactic and hands-on content to small groups.
• Knowledge of FDA and regulatory statutes related to Allergan Aesthetics products.
• Desired experience in classroom training on procedure training, consultation, business-to-business (B2B), and selling skills.
• High adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong integrated view of clinical service complemented by a strategic relationship with sales.
• Broad analytical thinking and the ability to utilize data for management decisions.
• Proven organizational influence and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
• Experience effectively covering and routing US geography for operational efficiency.
• Strong ethics and integrity.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, primarily domestically; evening, overnight, and weekend travel may be required.
• Compliance with FDA Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO 13485, Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and other relevant international regulatory standards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to read, comprehend, and adhere to company procedures.
• Skills to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and report findings.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear for up to 8 hours each day.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Daily data entry using a keyboard.
