This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Oversee and strategically implement clinical training for Allergan Aesthetics devices, SkinMedica, and other relevant products.
• Provide clear and consistent clinical training and messaging for CoolSculpting, CoolTone, DiamondGlow, and SkinMedica providers in both hands-on and virtual environments.
• Collaborate with AMI, marketing, sales leadership, senior management, and cross-functional teams to create training pathways, align objectives, optimize resources, and propel business initiatives.
• Assist in the creation and execution of effective field training programs.
• Support AMI Faculty engagements, in-clinic and field programs, large group sessions, new-hire clinical onboarding, and field test-outs.
• Manage and implement strategic national account training sessions.
• Serve as a liaison and advocate for AMI Body Contouring programs, initiatives, and resources.
• Evaluate performance and training effectiveness using KPIs and tools such as Moxie, Madi, and ThoughtSpot dashboards.
• Manage travel and expenses in accordance with established guidelines and budget.
• Develop and refresh field training materials and resources in collaboration with the Clinical Education team.
• Analyze data to make informed recommendations for training enhancements.
• Promote continuous improvement and report advancements to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, medical device training, and/or clinical settings preferred.
• Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated history of leading process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication abilities and capacity to present both didactic and hands-on content to small groups.
• Familiarity with FDA and regulatory requirements pertaining to Allergan Aesthetics products.
• Experience in classroom training focused on procedure training, consultation, B2B, and sales skills is desirable.
• High degree of adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical services alongside a strategic relationship with sales.
• Broad analytical thinking and ability to utilize data effectively.
• Strong capacity for organizational influence and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
• Expertise in managing and effectively navigating US geographical coverage.
• Commitment to ethics and integrity.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, primarily within the U.S.; evening, overnight, and weekend travel may be frequently required.
• Compliance with FDA QSR, ISO13485, Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and other relevant international regulatory standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and adhere to company procedures.
• Capability to identify problems, gather data, ascertain facts, draw logical conclusions, and communicate findings.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear for up to 8 hours a day.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Daily data entry on a keyboard and ability to see closely.
