This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
β’ Oversee and strategically implement clinical training for Allergan Aesthetics devices, which include body contouring, DiamondGlow, and SkinMedica.
β’ Provide clinical training and communication in both hands-on and virtual environments for CoolSculpting, CoolTone, DiamondGlow, and SkinMedica providers.
β’ Collaborate with AMI, marketing, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to create training pathways and support business initiatives.
β’ Align operational objectives with strategic vision and optimize resource distribution for high-priority clients.
β’ Design and execute effective field training within the designated territory.
β’ Assist with AMI Faculty engagements, In-Clinic and In-Field programs, Large Group Programs, and the onboarding process for new clinical hires.
β’ Manage and implement training sessions for Strategic/National Accounts.
β’ Champion AMI Body Contouring programs, initiatives, and resources in the field.
β’ Evaluate training effectiveness and outcomes using KPIs, Moxie, Madi, and ThoughtSpot dashboards.
β’ Oversee travel and expense management in accordance with guidelines and budget.
β’ Create and revise field training materials and resources in collaboration with the Clinical Education team.
β’ Analyze data and provide recommendations to enhance field clinical training.
β’ Promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.
β’ Track progress and report findings to senior leadership.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as outlined below.
β’ Preferred 3-5 years of experience in sales, medical device training, and/or clinical settings.
β’ Demonstrated project management skills with a history of leading process enhancements.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Capability to present instructional and hands-on content to small groups.
β’ Familiarity with FDA and regulatory requirements related to Allergan Aesthetics products.
β’ Experience in classroom training covering procedure training, consultation, B2B, and sales skills is desired.
β’ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
β’ Strong perspective on clinical service and sales relationships.
β’ Skills in analytical decision-making and data analysis.
β’ Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
β’ Knowledge of and ability to effectively navigate US geography.
β’ Commitment to ethics and integrity.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 75%, primarily within the U.S., including evenings, overnight, and weekends as needed.
β’ Compliance with FDA QSR, ISO13485, Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and other relevant international regulatory requirements.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Capability to read, comprehend, and adhere to company procedures.
β’ Proficiency in identifying problems, gathering data, establishing facts, drawing valid conclusions, and reporting outcomes.
β’ Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours daily.
β’ Capacity to lift and carry up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
β’ Daily data entry using a keyboard.
