Field Clinical Specialist, Critical Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement clinical education programs tailored for healthcare teams in ICU, OR, anesthesia, and critical care environments.

• Oversee pre-evaluation, evaluation, and post-implementation phases to ensure effective product adoption and integration.

• Provide relevant bedside training aimed at maximizing device usage and enhancing patient outcomes.

• Establish strong relationships with ICU nurses, respiratory therapists, anesthesia providers, intensivists, and clinical leadership.

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive commercialization through clinical product education and demonstrations.

• Assist in product evaluations and transitions by integrating workflows, developing competencies, and promoting best practices in patient care.

• Maintain and increase revenue within current accounts by showcasing the clinical and operational benefits of Tri-anim’s critical care offerings.

• Onboard and mentor new sales team members by sharing clinical expertise and real-world critical care experiences.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Education team on nationwide field-training projects for the sales organization.

• Provide valuable customer insights to Product Management and New Product Development teams.

• Relay feedback regarding clinical workflow challenges, the competitive landscape, and emerging trends in critical care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT).

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in high-acuity environments is required.

• Experience in ICU, OR, anesthesia/perioperative care, emergency department, or critical care transport is essential.

• Proficiency in critical care procedures, respiratory support, airway management, and acute patient management.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to educate clinicians and drive practice changes.

• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, independent field environment.

• Experience with clinical education, product training, or medical device implementation is required.

• Strong presentation skills when engaging with clinical teams, physicians, and hospital leadership.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

• Capacity to independently oversee all aspects of the role, including achieving required goals and business practices, while working remotely.

• Willingness to travel for business-related purposes.

• Ability to handle confidential information securely.

• Commitment to a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, with a schedule that may vary based on business needs, including occasional after-hours and weekend work.
