This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Provide technical, clinical, and educational support to the Sales team within a designated territory.
• Train and demonstrate company products to new patients/customers.
• Conduct follow-up with patients and offer ongoing support.
• Aid ASRs and RSMs in generating and following up on sales leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strengthen and maintain client relationships.
• Offer clinical assistance for patient selection, basic troubleshooting, device usage, and follow-up.
• Attend patient device implant procedures and provide follow-up support to ensure successful outcomes.
• Educate external personnel on bandage changes and product specifications.
• Address customer inquiries and product concerns by formulating solutions or working with SPR team members.
• Engage with current and prospective clients to assess clinical needs, objectives, and limitations in patient care.
• Discuss and demonstrate how the company's offerings can assist clients in achieving their objectives.
• Ensure clinical literature and marketing materials are available at facilities.
• Support industry conferences, exhibits, and labs as required.
• Stay informed about SPR products, competitor devices, and neuromodulation techniques.
• Build relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, administrators, sales representatives, and internal teams.
• Train and educate physicians and hospital/clinic staff through in-person and remote sessions, including one-on-one in-services, staff programs, seminars, and workshops.
• Manage patient documentation and data entry in Salesforce.
• Keep updated on third-party accreditation standards.
• Adhere to the Corporate Compliance Program.
• Provide constructive and positive peer feedback.
• Occasionally assist with cases beyond the assigned geographic territory.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
• Preferred college degree in a clinical or relevant field.
• Experience interacting with patients, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Ideally, 3–5 years of relevant clinical support experience.
• Demonstrated success in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
• Strong professionalism.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and active vehicle insurance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to accept feedback and strive for continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours.
• Prior experience in an Operating Room is strongly preferred.
• Experience with pain management patients is advantageous.
• Experience in neuromodulation is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (75%) and occasionally beyond it.
