This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide technical, clinical, and educational/training assistance to the Sales team within a designated territory.
• Demonstrate products and train new patients/customers effectively.
• Carry out patient follow-up and offer ongoing support.
• Aid Area Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers in generating and following up on sales leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture and improve client relationships.
• Offer clinical support for patient selection, basic troubleshooting, device utilization, and follow-up.
• Participate in patient device implantations and conduct follow-ups to ensure successful outcomes.
• Educate external personnel on bandage changes and product specifications.
• Address customer inquiries and product complaints with practical solutions or by collaborating with SPR team members.
• Meet with current and prospective clients to ascertain clinical needs and showcase company products.
• Ensure that facilities have the necessary clinical literature and marketing materials.
• Support industry conferences, exhibits, and laboratory sessions.
• Keep abreast of SPR products, competitive devices, and neuromodulation techniques.
• Build relationships with patients, physicians, nurses, administrators, sales representatives, and internal teams.
• Organize and conduct both in-person and remote training sessions for physicians and hospital/clinic staff.
• Oversee patient documentation and data collection using Salesforce.
• Stay updated on third-party accreditation requirements.
• Adhere to the Corporate Compliance Program.
• Provide peer-to-peer support.
• Occasionally assist with cases beyond the assigned geographic area.
• Execute other related responsibilities as required.
• College degree preferred in a clinical or related discipline.
• Experience working with patients is essential, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Preferred 3-5 years of clinical support experience.
• Proven track record of success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High degree of professionalism is required.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and active vehicle insurance policy are mandatory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Openness to feedback and suggestions for ongoing improvement.
• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours.
• Prior experience in an Operating Room environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience with pain patients is beneficial.
• Familiarity with neuromodulation is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 75% within the assigned territory and occasionally beyond.
• Ability to uphold current third-party accreditation standards.
• Working knowledge of SPR products, competitive devices, and neuromodulation techniques is necessary.
