This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Support the Sales team across North Houston by offering technical, clinical, and educational/training assistance.
• Demonstrate and provide training for new patients/customers on company offerings.
• Offer follow-up care and support for patients.
• Assist ASRs and RSMs in generating and pursuing sales leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture and enhance client relationships.
• Act as the main clinical support resource for patient selection, basic troubleshooting, device usage, and follow-up.
• Attend patient device implant procedures and conduct follow-ups to ensure successful implantation experiences.
• Train external staff on bandage changes and specifications related to products.
• Address customer needs and product complaints by devising solutions or working alongside SPR team members.
• Engage with current and prospective clients to assess clinical needs and showcase company products.
• Ensure that facilities are stocked with clinical literature and marketing materials.
• Support industry conferences, exhibitions, and laboratory sessions.
• Keep up-to-date with SPR products, competitive devices, and neuromodulation techniques.
• Build relationships with patients, physicians, nurses, administrators, sales representatives, and internal colleagues.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital/clinic staff through in-person and remote training sessions, in-services, seminars, and workshops.
• Manage patient documentation and data collection in Salesforce.
• Stay informed about third-party accreditation requirements.
• Adhere to the Corporate Compliance Program.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to peers.
• Occasionally assist with cases beyond the designated geographic area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• A college degree in a clinical or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with patients, ideally in a clinical setting.
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical support experience is preferred.
• Proven success in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong level of professionalism.
• A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and an active vehicle insurance policy are required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and suggestions for ongoing improvement.
• Willingness to work outside of standard business hours.
• Prior experience in an Operating Room is highly preferred.
• Experience with pain patients is advantageous.
• Neuromodulation experience is a plus.
• Must be able to travel 75% within the assigned territory and occasionally beyond it.
