This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Provide technical, clinical, and educational/training assistance to the Sales team within a designated territory.
• Demonstrate products and train new patients/customers.
• Conduct follow-ups with patients and offer support.
• Collaborate with account sales representatives and regional sales managers for lead generation and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Offer clinical support for patient selection, basic troubleshooting, device utilization, and follow-up.
• Attend patient device implant procedures and follow up to ensure successful implantation.
• Educate external staff about bandage changes and product specifications.
• Address customer needs and product complaints by creating solutions or working with SPR team members.
• Meet with current and prospective clients to assess clinical needs and showcase products.
• Ensure that facilities are equipped with clinical literature and marketing materials.
• Support industry conferences, exhibits, and labs.
• Stay updated on SPR products, competitive devices, and neuromodulation techniques.
• Conduct and coordinate both in-person and remote training for physicians and hospital/clinic staff.
• Manage patient documentation and data collection using Salesforce.
• Keep abreast of third-party accreditation requirements.
• Adhere to the Corporate Compliance Program.
• Offer constructive peer-to-peer guidance.
• Occasionally assist with cases beyond the designated geographic area.
• Report to an Area Sales Manager and follow daily instructions from sales representatives.
• A college degree is preferred in a clinical or related field.
• Experience in patient interaction, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant clinical support experience.
• Demonstrated success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism is essential.
• Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and an active vehicle insurance policy are required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and suggestions for ongoing improvement.
• Willingness to work outside of standard business hours.
• Prior experience in an Operating Room setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience with pain patients is beneficial.
• Familiarity with neuromodulation practices.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% within the assigned territory.
• Ability to occasionally travel outside the designated territory.
