This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Support the Sales team in a designated territory by offering technical, clinical, and educational/training assistance.
• Demonstrate products and provide training to new patients/customers.
• Conduct follow-up with patients and offer ongoing support.
• Aid Area Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers in generating and following up on sales leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture and strengthen client relationships.
• Offer clinical assistance in patient selection, basic troubleshooting, device utilization, and follow-up care.
• Attend patient device implant procedures and conduct follow-ups to ensure successful implantation experiences.
• Educate external staff regarding bandage changes and product specifications.
• Address customer inquiries and product complaints by formulating solutions or working with SPR team members.
• Meet with current and prospective clients to assess clinical needs and demonstrate company products.
• Ensure that facilities are equipped with clinical literature and marketing materials.
• Support industry conferences, exhibitions, and labs.
• Keep abreast of SPR products, competitive devices, and neuromodulation techniques.
• Provide education and training to physicians and hospital/clinic staff through both in-person and remote sessions.
• Manage patient documentation and data collection using Salesforce.
• Stay updated on third-party accreditation requirements.
• Adhere to the Corporate Compliance Program.
• Offer constructive peer-to-peer feedback.
• Occasionally assist with cases beyond the designated geographic territory.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
• A college degree in a clinical or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with patients, ideally in a clinical setting.
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical support experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A high level of professionalism is required.
• Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and an active vehicle insurance policy are necessary.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accept feedback and suggestions for ongoing improvement.
• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours.
• Prior experience in an Operating Room setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience with pain patients is advantageous.
• Knowledge of neuromodulation is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (75%).
• Occasional travel outside of the assigned territory may be required.
