Field Claims Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Investigate intricate termite damage claims within designated geographic areas to assess the nature and extent of losses.

• Utilize estimates and appraisals to evaluate and document claims effectively.

• Perform liability assessments and root-cause investigations.

• Aid in the determination of resolutions for claims.

• Manage assigned termite damage claims and decide on the appropriate course of action for final resolution.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to gather evidence and establish facts.

• Identify the root cause, necessary remedial treatments, and the scope of repair damages.

• Conduct thorough investigations while maintaining accurate and relevant documentation.

• Plan, organize, and prioritize claim activities to ensure timely resolution.

• Support business units and field teams through branch visits, training sessions, claims investigations, and resolutions.

• Oversee and uphold the Terminix Contractor Network for contractor compliance and quality assessments.

• Operate as an individual contributor without managerial responsibilities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling and processing termite damage claims.
