Field Auto Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Develop or review detailed damage estimates for first and third party material damage claims.

• Oversee claims to ensure appropriate resolutions within auto or specialty lines.

• Provide training and mentorship to colleagues.

• Maintain quality control and offer technical support on material damage claims.

• Utilize estimating principles for material damage losses of all levels of severity.

• Leverage knowledge of all policy types issued by the company.

• Negotiate settlements, process settlement payments, and document actions in complex claims across various lines.

• Assess settlement options for compliance with regulations and equitable claims practices.

• Foster relationships with both internal and external clients across multiple lines.

• Serve the Springfield, MO area as a virtual, field-based team member.

• Travel frequently to client sites, repair shops, and body shops.

• Assist with CAT response efforts as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of field claims experience with a solid grasp of claims management, estimating, and vehicle damage evaluation.

• Proficient in CCC ONE.

• Capable of producing accurate estimates and negotiating claim settlements.

• Experience collaborating with customers, repair facilities, and various claim stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively as an effective team member.

• Candidates must reside in or around Springfield, MO.

• Willingness to travel regularly to client locations, repair shops, and body shops.

• Openness to travel as needed for CAT response efforts.

• Authorization to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace when working from home.
