Field Auto Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Develop or review detailed damage estimates for first-party and third-party material damage claims.

• Direct claims to their appropriate resolution within auto or specialty lines.

• Provide training, mentorship, quality control, and technical support concerning material damage claims.

• Oversee auto collision claims and carry out vehicle inspections.

• Generate precise damage estimates utilizing CCC ONE or similar estimating software.

• Negotiate settlements, process settlement payments, and document actions in complex files.

• Assess settlement options in accordance with regulatory requirements and fair claims practices.

• Cultivate relationships with both internal and external clients.

• Engage in a combination of fieldwork, virtual claim management, and customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in managing diverse auto collision claims.

• Experience in conducting vehicle inspections is preferred.

• Familiarity with CCC ONE or similar estimating software is preferred.

• Strong foundational skills in estimating.

• Comprehensive understanding of company policy types.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and equitable claims practices.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Active insurance license holders must cancel all existing appointments prior to onboarding and cannot maintain outside appointments during their employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must officially surrender it when directed by the licensing team.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace is required for remote work.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
