This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Organize onsite and remote training sessions for customers following sales related to CT and CT-associated products.
• Deliver onsite and remote training for mobile CT and OEC product lines.
• Integrate equipment with customers’ PACS, HIS/MWL, and telemedicine services as necessary.
• Arrange follow-up and additional product training post-installation.
• Educate customers on fundamental system functionality and installation processes during training events.
• Oversee the completion of installations by liaising with installers and managing completion documentation.
• Address escalations that arise from installation challenges.
• Detect installation gaps and obstacles through post-installation follow-ups and facilitate necessary solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues to support installation teams and customers.
• Contribute to the Knowledge Base by creating articles on installation training, processes, and responsibilities.
• Support additional onsite training courses through equipment setup and practical training experiences.
• Manage communication and oversight for external consultants collaborating with the assigned team.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements, proposing updates to protocols and procedures.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Execute other tasks as assigned by the manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a veterinary technician.
• At least 1 year of experience in veterinary radiology.
• Previous experience with CT is preferred.
• Veterinary Technology Certification is highly preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience, such as an Associate degree in Veterinary Technology or a related field, may be taken into account.
• Comprehensive understanding of veterinary anatomy is required.
• Familiarity with exotic species is preferred.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including substantial phone and email traffic.
• Ability to deliver clear instructions in both written and educational formats.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Intermediate computer skills are necessary.
• Understanding of basic computer networks and components is essential.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Knowledge of medical image/video formats and storage techniques is important.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to follow through and resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Flexibility to switch focus between various tasks, team requirements, and business needs.
• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
