This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing Repligen's upstream product offerings within the bioprocessing sector.

• Collaborate with the Repligen Sales team and Product Management to deliver both pre- and post-sales assistance for XCell™ ATF systems, Spectrum® Hollow Fiber, TFDF™ Technology, and KrosFlo® TFF System product lines.

• Address customer inquiries regarding technical support.

• Conduct technical seminars and execute product demonstrations.

• Provide support both on-site and in laboratory settings.

• Resolve process challenges and contribute to Voice of Customer initiatives.

• Formulate and implement project plans for customer evaluations and the integration of Repligen technologies.

• Examine customer processes and data to uncover optimization and process enhancement opportunities.

• Perform root cause analyses and offer practical, data-informed recommendations.

• Create technical protocols, reports, and application summaries.

• Foster relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Communicate customer feedback, application insights, and market knowledge to Product Management and R&D.

• Assist in developing application data, technical resources, and customer-facing materials in conjunction with R&D and Marketing.

• Remain informed about emerging technologies, industry developments, and best practices in upstream bioprocessing.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline (Biology, Biochemistry) or an engineering field (Chemical Engineering).

• Over 5 years of experience in a cell culture role within process development, manufacturing, technical support, or a similar function in the bioprocessing field.

• Proficient knowledge of perfusion, ATF/TFF, scale-up/scale-down methodologies, technology transfer, and cGMP standards.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving.

• Capability to evaluate complex situations and devise effective solutions.

• Proficiency in interpreting technical data and clearly communicating findings to diverse audiences.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and manage multiple customer and business priorities efficiently.

• Competence in collaborating within a global, cross-functional team setting.

• Willingness and capability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.

• Up to 50% domestic travel and occasional international travel is required.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
