Field Application Engineer, IP&E

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as a technical project manager, acting as the liaison between customers, partner firms, and the sales team.

• Foster demand generation by optimizing Arrow Interconnect, Electromechanical, Passive, and Power Supply content within designs.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with customers and suppliers through technical initiatives and programs.

• Formulate and implement strategic technical plans based on supplier lines, technology, or customer solutions.

• Enhance business opportunities through focused project engagements with key customers.

• Collaborate with the sales team by offering technical support and consulting to stimulate demand creation.

• Participate in supplier training sessions both in person and via conference calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with electronic products or technologies.

• A completed degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education/professional experience.

• Familiarity with and understanding of the Polish electronics market.

• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, coupled with a strong sense of innovation.

• Experience serving as a technical point of contact.

• Solid knowledge of Interconnect, Electromechanical, and Passive product lines.

• Strong customer focus and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel regionally.

• Proficiency in Polish and English languages.

• Must be located in Poland.
