Field Application Engineer, Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Provide technical training, product demonstrations, and onboarding for dealers and integration partners.

• Assist in field deployments, including pilot programs and prestigious installations.

• Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Reconeyez’s cloud platform and third-party systems.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges involving hardware connectivity and software.

• Serve as a technical escalation point and liaise with internal teams.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to support pre-sales efforts and customer presentations.

• Offer hands-on assistance as needed while guiding partners.

• Collect and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

• Maintain documentation in Pipedrive and Atlassian tools.

• Travel extensively across Europe, approximately 50% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.

• Proficiency with hardware systems and networking.

• Familiarity with VMS or monitoring platforms.

• Experience with integrations and troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

• Background in the physical security industry (preferred).

• Exposure to LTE/networking equipment (preferred).

• Familiarity with Pipedrive, Jira/Confluence, MS Office, and Google Workspace (preferred).

• Commercially aware technician.

• Independent and hands-on approach.

• Customer-focused and relationship-driven mindset.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe, approximately 50% of the time.

• National and European travel required, approximately 50%.
