📋 Description

• Design, configure, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for applications and services of moderate complexity.

• Deliver specified solutions within the application portfolio with minimal oversight.

• Take ownership of particular application components, workflows, or integrations.

• Utilize judgment within established frameworks to provide reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

• Foster and enhance working relationships with internal and external contacts, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with colleagues across Providence St. Joseph Health and Services on interdepartmental projects and initiatives.

• Uphold Providence’s mission and core values in daily tasks and interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, CFA/CA, Human Capital Management, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Certifications are dependent on the portfolio; where necessary, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

• Equivalent technical certifications may be preferred for non-Epic portfolios within 90 days of hiring.

• A minimum of 4 years of industry-related experience.

• Experience in healthcare, research, consulting, or regulated-industry applications.

• Background in supporting production services, including monitoring and incident response.

• Epic experience may be preferred based on the portfolio requirements.
