Application Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Providing post-sales support for our software (After Sales Support).

• Training resellers or users on our applications.

• Customizing applications to ensure maximum satisfaction of installation needs.

• Routing tickets related to technical issues or inquiries about our applications.

• Guiding resellers or users with step-by-step instructions.

• Conducting remote video support to address technical problems.

• Communicating with resellers or users for accurate documentation of new implementations.

• Verifying the new implementation and subsequently performing installation/training.

• Developing specialized reports/statistics/printing forms.

• Assisting resellers or users in installing our applications.

• Connecting our applications to peripheral devices (thermal printers, cash registers, etc.).

• Finding alternative solutions for potential client issues.

• Optimizing and maintaining our software documentation.

• Ongoing evaluation of the services provided by resellers or users of the applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a university or technical institute with a focus on Computer Science.

• At least 2 years of experience in Information Systems management.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Commercial Management, Accounting).

• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Completed military obligations.
