F&I Operations Associate Degree Apprenticeship Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Interact with internal business partners and external clients via phone calls and various communication channels.

• Manage billing for Enterprise Rental Car (ERAC) reservations utilizing the ARMS system.

• Draft and dispatch cancellation letters for Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) coverage.

• Organize and direct incoming GAP correspondence to the relevant claims teams.

• Update records as necessary.

• Oversee and handle the Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) Outstanding Report.

• Void and reissue expired credit card transactions.

• Assist with other payment-related responsibilities.

• Support administrative tasks to ensure efficient team operations.

• Complete virtual coursework at Harper Community College along with relevant work rotations at Zurich North America.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Prior professional work experience is not mandatory.

• Must be enrolled and validated as college-ready by Harper Community College Admissions.

• Preferred: One or more years of work experience and/or a leadership position in student activities and/or significant community service.

• A keen interest in pursuing a career within the insurance sector.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities between work and academic deadlines.

• Excellent customer service abilities.

• Skills in collaboration and problem-solving.

• Proficient in impactful communication.

• High levels of self-discipline and concentration.

• Attention to detail is crucial.

• Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Excel.
