
Federal Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for various projects
• Supervise sub-consultants involved in projects
• Manage federal facility projects for both DoD and non-DoD organizations
• Provide support for design needs related to federal facilities, including potential projects for the Navy
• Lead project teams and proactively strive to surpass client expectations
• Handle contract delivery and nurture client relationships
• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Over 5 years of experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction setting, ideally with Federal clients (Navy experience is highly preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role
• Professional Registration (PE or RA) is mandatory
• Extensive knowledge of facilities design and construction, contract management, project delivery, and client relationship management
• Familiarity with Federal contracting, procurement practices, and protocols
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and/or other pertinent software
• Willingness to travel as required
• Occasional participation in meetings and off-site events; must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
• This position may entail occasional travel
• Must be capable of international travel, if necessary, with a passport or other official documentation
• Ability to secure and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC); access to federal facilities may require additional security credentials and the capacity to obtain a security clearance
