Federal Program Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of program management.

• Gather program requirements from NVIDIA Federal clients and team members to inform Edge, On-Prem Data Center, or Cloud-based Deployment initiatives.

• Establish strategies and tactics for the implementation and integration of GPU-based product solutions, from evaluation/proof-of-concept through design, development, qualification, validation, and program execution.

• Prioritize and schedule projects; monitor and report on project delivery; communicate outcomes to ensure alignment with project plans.

• Coordinate deliverables and manage dependencies alongside NVIDIA technology partners.

• Facilitate program execution discussions and relay requirements and status updates to customers and internal teams.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales teams to address technical and logistical challenges and maintain project momentum.

• Travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Must hold and maintain an active U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance.

• BS/MS (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business, along with technical program management experience.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience required.

• Experience with HPC Clustering or Data Center technologies.

• Over 10 years of project/program management experience in a technical environment.

• At least 5 years of proven delivery service experience in an HPC/Data Center context.

• Strong experience and customer insight in managing significant and complex programs, particularly with strategic clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and functional groups.

• Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Reside in the Washington Metro Area (WMA).
