Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Recruit, engage, train, and manage field sales contractors in newly established markets nationwide.

• Identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach.

• Review resumes and perform initial interviews with candidates.

• Conduct background checks and facilitate team training sessions.

• Ensure a sufficient supply of marketing materials is maintained.

• Continuously improve processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and team workflows to enhance Empower’s Field Sales Program.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting or management.

• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate assessment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in information recording.

• Goal-driven, organized, energetic problem-solver with a strong work ethic and passion for being part of a team that challenges the norm.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Must reside in the U.S. for remote employment.
