FBS Power Platform & Copilot Governance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the PPAC, including strategies for the environment, oversight of managed environments, tenant inventory, capacity and licensing, as well as monitoring usage.

• Develop, implement, and uphold DLP policies for Power Platform and Copilot Studio agents, which includes classifying connectors and controlling actions at a granular level.

• Oversee the governance of Microsoft Agent 365 registrations, ownership of agents, inventory management, and triaging security risks.

• Administer the deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot across applications such as Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

• Govern the functionalities of Copilot Chat, Agent Builder, Copilot Cowork, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Scout.

• Manage the Anthropic Claude Console along with Claude for Enterprise workspaces, including seats, roles, and settings applicable organization-wide.

• Supervise the issuance of Claude API keys, enforce rate limits, control spending, and analyze usage and costs.

• Collaborate with the identity team to configure SSO, SCIM provisioning, and JIT access.

• Manage security and compliance settings for Claude, addressing aspects like data retention, audit logs, zero data retention, CMEK, and HIPAA-ready configurations where necessary.

• Support the governance of Claude Code, Claude Cowork, connectors, and MCP integrations.

• Maintain an integrated inventory of agents and assistants, along with ownership and risk reporting across AI ecosystems.

• Input platform data into the Agent SDLC framework throughout stages such as POC, UAT, Pilot, and Production.

• Create documentation, runbooks, and communications for stakeholders regarding policies, incidents, and updates to the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) in a corporate setting.

• Practical experience with Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot administration, including the configuration of DLP/data policies.

• Experience in administering a SaaS AI platform (such as Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, or similar), covering workspace/org setup, SSO/SCIM, as well as governance of usage and spending.

• Proficient in PowerShell and REST APIs for administrative automation.

• Familiarity with identity concepts, including conditional access, SSO, and service/agent identities in Microsoft Entra and among third-party identity providers.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Agent 365 and the newer Microsoft Scout Autopilot agent model.

• Experience in governing Copilot Cowork, especially regarding its usage-based billing and multi-model architecture (Claude subprocessor).

• Direct experience with Claude Console, Claude API, and enterprise-level data controls.

• Background in administering GitHub Copilot for engineering teams.

• Experience with AI governance frameworks or SDLC-style lifecycle models that encompass various AI vendors.

• Possession of Microsoft certifications (PL-600, SC-300) and/or training as a partner/enterprise with Anthropic.
