FBS FP&A Specialist

📋 Description

• Create tailored financial models to assist with planning, forecasting, product development, and distribution analytics.

• Evaluate sales funnels, lapse curves, persistency, pricing frameworks, and loss performance across various entities and insurance lines.

• Drive forecasting and performance monitoring with exceptional technical accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

• Validate and communicate key insights to senior leadership, shaping financial decision-making and business strategy.

• Guarantee the prompt and precise delivery of management reports, dashboards, and presentations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Finance, Actuarial, Product, and Sales to synchronize data and insights with organizational targets.

• Manage the control and approval processes for financial modeling assumptions and reporting frameworks.

• Prepare and deliver management reports and executive presentations, including those for CFO and governance forums.

• Uphold control, validation, and approval processes to ensure the accuracy of data and the relevance of reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar analytical finance position within the insurance sector, with practical expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, performance management, and executive-level reporting.

• Experience in the insurance industry is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in English.

• Availability to work according to Pacific Standard Time (PST).

• Valid local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire.

• No concurrent employment, professional activities, or compensated work for other entities during the tenure of employment.

• Disclosure and formal evaluation of ownership, partnership, directorship, or involvement in other businesses or companies.
