FBA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of Spreetail's Fulfillment by Amazon program.

• Create, dispatch, and monitor inbound FBA shipments and replenishment strategies.

• Track shipments during the check-in process and resolve any receiving discrepancies, stranded inventory, carrier issues, and labeling problems.

• Onboard new products to FBA, ensuring the accuracy of listings, dimensions, prep requirements, and eligibility.

• Assist with Merchant VINE requests, including enrollment, unit allocation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

• Monitor FBA pricing in relation to competition, margin, and Buy Box indicators, making timely adjustments as needed.

• Develop and maintain reports on FBA program performance, including sales, margins, in-stock percentages, sell-through rates, inventory aging, and storage metrics.

• Create and implement repeatable processes and business workflows using tools like Process Street.

• Document and continuously enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FBA policies, fees, inbound requirements, and troubleshooting.

• Stay updated on changes to the Amazon FBA program and effectively communicate their implications.

• Collaborate with Channel, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, supply chain, or business analytics.

• Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with business workflow and process management tools like Process Street.

• Proficient in Excel and capable of building SQL queries.

• Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau is advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple recurring, time-sensitive operational tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable serving as a point of expertise for stakeholders.

• Desktop or laptop with a 4th-generation or higher processor, at least Intel i3 or equivalent.

• Minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Operating system Windows 10 or later, or Mac OSX.

• Reliable and stable wired internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps for primary connectivity.

• HD external or integrated webcam with a minimum resolution of 720p.
