Family Nurse Practitioner – IL Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct patient consultations through telehealth visits, which include telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing learning opportunities.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Provide clinical care virtually, available 24/7, 365 days a year as a member of the Virtual Medical Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program along with a national certification.

• Within the last 5 years, have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of 2 years in an outpatient primary care environment treating patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently hold a license in Illinois with the capacity to secure additional state licenses.

• Willingness to work shifts on weekdays and weekends, with every other Saturday and/or Sunday being mandatory.

• Flexible to work current shifts ranging from 12 PM to 11 PM EST or 1 PM to 12 AM EST.

• Possess exceptional clinical and communication capabilities.

• Demonstrated clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.

• Ability to effectively leverage technology to provide high-quality care.

• Competent in communicating with and offering care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Skilled at navigating uncertain situations with patients and colleagues.

• Willingness to adjust personal and interpersonal behaviors to cater to patient needs.
