Family Nurse Practitioner, GA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth consultations, which include telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and follow-up emails.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and various continuous-learning opportunities.

• Collaborate with virtual and in-office colleagues through daily huddles.

• Utilize specialized clinical training to ensure outstanding virtual patient care.

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered primary care to One Medical patients in collaboration with primary care providers.

• Provide virtual clinical services leveraging advanced technology and a team-oriented approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• In the last five years, have a minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care environment treating patients of all ages (0+), OR two years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting serving patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently hold a valid license in Georgia, with the capability to obtain additional state licenses.

• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday as required.

• Flexibility to work shifts ranging from 6am–5pm EST, 7am–6pm EST, 8am–7pm EST, 11am–10pm EST, and 1pm–12am EST.

• Exceptional clinical and communication skills.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care.

• Proficient in utilizing technology to provide high-quality care.

• Capable of communicating with and delivering care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Open to receiving feedback and engaging in self-reflection.

• Competent in managing uncertain situations with patients and colleagues.

• Prepared to adjust personal and interpersonal behaviors to accommodate patient needs.
