Family Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide patient care through telehealth consultations, including phone triage calls, video sessions, and email follow-ups.

• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and various ongoing education opportunities.

• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office colleagues during daily huddles.

• Utilize clinical expertise to deliver outstanding virtual patient care.

• Offer virtual clinical services to One Medical patients in conjunction with primary care providers.

• Provide evidence-based care by leveraging advanced technology and a collaborative team approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited FNP program and hold a national certification.

• Within the last five years, have at least two years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care environment serving patients of all ages (0+), or two years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Must hold a current license in MD, DC, or VA, with the ability to secure additional state licenses.

• Willingness to work shifts on weekdays and weekends.

• Availability to work current shifts ranging from 6am–5pm PST, 7am–6pm PST, 8am–7pm PST, 11am–10pm PST, or 1pm–12am PST.

• Strong clinical and communication skills.

• A genuine passion for human-centered primary care.

• Capability to communicate effectively and provide care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using technology to deliver high-quality medical care.

• Clinical expertise in evidence-based primary care.

• Eagerness to be a vital member of a healthcare delivery team.

• Willingness to embrace feedback and engage in self-reflection.

• Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues.

• Preparedness to adjust personal and interpersonal behaviors according to patient needs.
