📋 Description

• Identify significant legal issues, arguments, reasoning, and risk areas within case files.

• Assess AI-generated legal content for precision, clarity, and legal validity.

• Offer structured feedback and corrections as necessary.

• Articulate nuanced family law concepts in clear, precise written form.

• Collaborate with remote project teams utilizing digital tools.

• Uphold a high standard of legal accuracy, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid license to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.

• Significant professional experience in family law.

• Experience managing complex family law cases in a BigLaw, prominent law firm, or similar high-complexity legal setting.

• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and case analysis.

• Experience in drafting or reviewing family law agreements, court documents, or legal memoranda.

• Demonstrated ability to interpret statutes, case law, and legal precedent.

• Strong capability to review complex legal documents and identify critical issues.

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
